  1. Day Arrival to Poznan.
    You are welcomed by a tour leader. Then you try a traditional Polish cuisine.
  2. Day After breakfast you have short sightsee-ing of Poznan.
    Then you go to Biskupin- old Slavonic settlement. You participate in the handicraft production and in mak-ing some traditional dishes. Accommoda-tion in “Bursztynowy Palace” near Koszalin.
  3. Day Visiting of Slowinski National Park and open-air museum in Kluki.
    Here you have some activities including bread baking. Afterwards you go to Gdansk for festive dinner in the Old Town, in restau-rant “Pod Lososiem”. Gdansk.
  4. Day Halfday visiting of Gdansk, Gdynia, Sopot and an organ concert in Oliwa.
    In the afternoon, you go to the Kaszubian Lakeland. You participate in preparing local dishes and manual works e.g. glass painting, wickers’ making. Afterwards, regional kaszubian dinner with folklore music accompaniment.
  5. Day Travel to Warmia.
    Meanwhile, you visit Malbork and open-air museum in Olsztynek. Here you have possibility to get to know old methods of building. In the evening, you enjoy yourself during “masurian wedding” – a very impressive event. Acc. in Olsztyn.
  6. Day On this day you visit Masurian Lake District.
    Besides, you have a tasting of fish from the Krutynia river. Olsztyn.
  7. Day After breakfast you drive out to Warsaw.
    En route, you meet with beekeepers of Kurpie region. Short sightseeing of Polish capital-Warsaw. After concert of Chopin music you go for a dinner with our speciality - a duck dish. It takes place in the Old Town.
  8. Day We continue our trip in the south direction.
    On this day you visit pilgrimage center- Jasna Góra, the sanctuary of our Lady of Częstochowa. Dinner and ac-commodation in Cracow.
  9. Day Precise visiting of Polish kings’ city-Cracow.
    In the evening, you meet Jew-ish habits and culinary customs con-nected with listening to Klezmer music. This event takes place on Kazimierz- famous Jewish quarter of Cracow.
  10. Day Whole day stay in Polish Tatra High-lands. You get to know building style, way of dressing and other customs of Polish highlanders. You taste some typical dishes of Tatry region in “Koliba’ residence in Zakopane.
  11. Day Passing through Upper Silesia to Wroclaw.
    En route, you try Silesian culinary speciality- silesian noodles. In the after-noon, you visit Wroclaw and end your trip with farewell dinner in regional rest-house (dumplings’ tasting).
